TERMS OF REGISTRATION AND USER AGREEMENT
This platform is an independent, hobbyist community dedicated to collaborative creative writing, literary production, and text-based roleplay. By registering an account, you acknowledge, represent, and agree to the following terms:
1. HOSTING PROVIDER NOTICE AND CONTENT LIABILITY
This website operates as a "HOSTING PROVIDER" (Yer Sağlayıcı) in accordance with Turkish Law No. 5651 ("Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Publications").
Pursuant to Article 5 of Law No. 5651, the website administration is under no legal obligation to actively monitor, investigate, or verify the legality of texts, messages, or roleplay content submitted by users. All stories, messages, and fictional writings posted on this platform reflect solely the views of their respective authors. Under no circumstances do user posts represent the opinions of the forum owners, administrators, or moderators. You acknowledge and agree that you bear sole civil, administrative, and criminal liability for any content you publish on this service.
2. NOTICE-AND-TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE AND CONTACT
Our platform operates on a good-faith notice-and-takedown policy. If you believe any content posted on this platform infringes upon copyrights, violates personal rights, constitutes defamation, or breaches statutory regulations, you are encouraged to notify the administration via the on-site "Report" feature or by emailing [contact@your-domain.com]. Our volunteer staff will review legitimate notices within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 to 48 hours) and apply appropriate measures, including editing, removing, or restricting access to the content.
3. AGE RESTRICTION AND WARRANTY (18+)
Because this platform may contain mature narrative themes, conflict, and adult literary content, registration is STRICTLY RESTRICTED TO INDIVIDUALS AGED 18 OR OLDER.
- By completing registration, you explicitly declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
- Any legal liability arising from misrepresenting one's age or accessing the platform as a minor rests entirely with the user (or their legal guardians). Any account discovered to belong to an underage user or to have provided false age representations will be permanently terminated without prior notice.
4. CREATIVE FREEDOM AND STATUTORY BOUNDARIES (TCK 226)
This platform supports artistic and literary storytelling. Action sequences, fantasy combat, literary violence, drama, and consensual romantic or mature narratives between adult characters are recognized under the artistic and literary exemptions of Article 226/7 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK).
However, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, the following content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, even within a fictional narrative:
a) Under TCK Art. 226/3: Any sexually explicit or obscene depiction involving minors or underage fictional characters;
b) Under TCK Art. 226/4: Content depicting sexual violence, rape, necrophilia (sexual acts involving deceased bodies), or bestiality (sexual acts involving animals);
c) Real-world incitement to commit crimes (TCK Art. 214), praising crimes or criminals (TCK Art. 215), terrorist propaganda, or encouraging suicide (TCK Art. 84).
The administration reserves the right, upon detection or upon receiving a formal notification, to remove, block access to, or delete non-compliant content, and to suspend or terminate the relevant user account without prior notice.
5. IN-CHARACTER (IC) VS. OUT-OF-CHARACTER (OOC) DISTINCTION
Character conflicts, hostilities, insults, or actions occurring within in-character roleplay areas are purely fictional narratives and must not be attributed to real individuals. However, real-world harassment, threats, defamation, hate speech, or the unauthorized disclosure of personal information (doxxing) against real users in public boards, user profiles, or private messages is strictly forbidden.
6. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND PASSWORDS
Passwords chosen during registration are stored in the database using one-way cryptographic hashing. Forum administrators and moderators cannot view your plain-text password and will never request your password under any circumstance. You are strongly advised to select a unique, strong password. You remain solely responsible for all activities originating from your account.
7. DATA PRIVACY AND TECHNICAL LOGS (KVKK)
This platform uses strictly necessary cookies solely to maintain your active login session. Additionally, for network security, abuse prevention, and statutory compliance with Law No. 5651, user IP addresses and activity timestamps are logged. These technical logs will only be disclosed to competent judicial or administrative authorities in response to a formal and lawful official request.
